How do you assess whether a project is a good fit for And Also Too?
As a community-accountable design studio, the first question we ask is whether there is a community to be accountable to for this project.
We also ask ourselves if:
- The organization feels aligned with our values;
- We have the skills needed to complete the work;
- We are in a sound place emotionally to care for ourselves if the project might be triggering
- We can be proud of the job we’d be able to do within the given time and budget.
